Echocardiogram

Evaluate the resting integrity of the heart


An echocardiogram is an painless ultrasound of the heart. It shows a detailed high-grade digital moving image of the heart.  An echocardiogram is useful for assessing how the heart pumps blood from one segment of the heart to the next.

An echocardiogram is commonly used to check for heart murmurs and numerous other types of heart disease.

Some of the most common:

  • The effect of Hypertension on the heart.

Abdominal  Aorta Iliac Ultrasound is to evaluate the presence of Aneurysm and or dissection (This is were  Aorta could be at risk of rupturing).

Lower Arterial Duplex

Lower Arterial Duplex evaluate for Peripheral Arterial Disease (PAD) is a common circulation problem in which the arteries that carry blood to the legs or arms become narrowed or clogged.

"Did you know, P.A.D. affects 8 to 12 million people in the United States, especially those over 50 with or without Smoking history, High Blood Pressure and or Diabetes"

Lower Venous Ultrasound

Lower extremity venous ultrasound is a safe and painless way of visualizing the veins of the legs. It can detect the presence of deep vein thrombosis (DVT) and/or venous insufficiency (venous reflux disease).

Biography



Adrian T. Williams, Sr. CEO of CARDIO Inc. is a Board Certified Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer.  At Cardio Inc.,  we plan to transform lives by advocating and providing information and support for more thorough cardiovascular exams for patients throughout the Washington Metropolitan Area. We also work to educate and empower the members in the community in an effort to help reduce and Prevent Cardiovascular Disease.

With over 30 years of healthcare diagnostics and teaching experience, Adrian established Cardio Inc. to partner with physicians’ practices (urban, inner-city, and suburban) across the healthcare delivery landscape to increase the detection of major Cardiovascular disease. while meeting the ever-increasing demands providing high-quality patient-centric care in the face of disenfranchised communities.

His vision, leadership, and consistent delivery of patient-centric care have positioned Cardio Inc. on the forefront healthcare information technology revolution in the Washington Metropolitan Area.  Cardio Inc. provides a wide array of patient care and practice revenue multiplier tools and services. 

Adrian has a long track record of success, results, and respect among community physicians and hospitals.  Adrian’s forward-thinking perspective and “can deliver” approach was instrumental in implementing various life-saving programs and effective community outreach programs (Heart-Healthy Living) with Hospitals in Maryland.  Adrian resides in the District of Columbia with his wife.

In his spare time, Adrian enjoys spending time with his wife,  traveling, Family, and Grandchildren.  Adrian is very active with a strong focus on health, Cardiovascular exercise, and lifestyle modification.
